Finding your way around a website is important, particularly if you’re new to it. We check for broken links, confusing terms and the helpfulness of the support on offer. The sites which perform best are easy to navigate whilst offering additional support to its members. You might be particularly interested to find sites which offer dating tips, with information on cultural differences, as well as the ins and outs of how to complain, solve problems and so on.
